Base Salary
$115k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and frame unowned, cross-functional problems where technology can remove constraints for multiple teams.
- Partner with business leaders to define problems, constraints, and success criteria.
- Architect and build production-grade applications, algorithms, data platforms, integrations, and AI agents.
- Evaluate architecture and build-versus-buy decisions with a focus on rapidly proving business impact.
- Measure outcomes such as hours saved, dollars unlocked, and speed gained.
- Ship solutions and provide documentation, training, and support for business-unit handoff and scaling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and shipping complex software and systems in production.
- Mastery of at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or C#.
- Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, high-stakes problems from zero to production with full ownership of outcomes.
- Strong systems thinking across cloud architecture, APIs, data engineering, and enterprise system integration.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning is preferred.
- Commercial judgment, including opportunity sizing, business-case development, and return measurement.
- Ability to earn trust with executives and frontline teams and translate business needs into working solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid execution, and accountability for outcomes.
