Responsibilities
- Develop technologies to optimize AI infrastructure for LLM training, inference, and AI agents.
- Work with academia and open-source communities on joint development.
- Track emerging technologies and conduct deep-dive analyses.
- Present research and products in academic papers.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have experience with LLM training infrastructure, LLM inference infrastructure, or AI agent infrastructure.
- Demonstrate proactive continuous learning, enthusiasm for AI technologies, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: contribute frequently to or maintain AI infrastructure open-source projects such as vLLM or SGLang.
- Preferred: have computer science conference publications such as OSDI or MLSys.
