Base Salary
$152k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship distributed services in Java, Go, and Rust.
- Improve the performance, reliability, and scaling behavior of GPU-workload routing across distributed clusters.
- Automate and optimize build, test, integration, and release processes for cloud-native software.
- Work with Kubernetes, containerized applications, and GPU- and DPU-accelerated workloads.
- Integrate the platform with KAI Scheduler, NVIDIA NIM, Grove, and Dynamo.
- Triage community issues and pull requests and write documentation for open-source contributors.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and publish code, design proposals, and reviews in a public repository.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Expertise in a systems programming language such as Go, C, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed software architecture.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, container technologies, and hands-on automation with GitLab and ArgoCD.
- Expertise in Bash or Python and knowledge of Linux or other Unix-like kernel internals.
- Understanding of performance, security, and reliability in complex distributed systems.
- Preferred experience with pub-sub models and message queues.
- Preferred experience optimizing high-throughput network paths and working with HTTP/2, gRPC, unary protocols, streaming, and bidirectional protocols.
- Preferred experience developing Kubernetes Custom Resources and Operators for cloud service providers.

- Competitive base salary ranging from 152,000 USD to 241,500 USD for Level 3 and from 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4.
