Base Salary
$119k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product- and team-level solution design and delivery architecture within a value stream.
- Design and document application, integration, data, and infrastructure architectures.
- Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Enterprise Architecture, and platform teams on roadmaps, technical trade-offs, standards, and reusable capabilities.
- Lead proofs of concept, resolve technical dependencies and impediments, and provide hands-on guidance on design quality, code structure, and technical approaches.
- Mentor engineers, reduce technical debt, improve delivery efficiency, and support major production incidents.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Experience architecting business-critical systems in the insurance domain.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and modern application architectures.
- Experience designing hybrid architectures spanning on-premises applications and public cloud services.
- Experience collaborating in Agile or product-based delivery models and producing product- and team-level technical design documentation.
- Good understanding of GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, risk, and long-term sustainability, with strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
