Responsibilities
- Engineer and architect scalable security solutions for cloud-native environments protecting customer data, applications, and networks.
- Develop autonomous security agents and workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks for monitoring, triage, threat modeling, vulnerability discovery, and remediation.
- Design automated identity and access management, data encryption, and threat detection capabilities.
- Create security baselines and controls for AI-driven products and protect AI training pipelines and model integrity.
- Defend against AI-specific threats including prompt injection, model inversion, and data leakage.
- Conduct technical security reviews of AI architectures and automation projects.
- Lead active security incident response, internal investigations, containment, mitigation, and incident orchestration.
- Participate in an off-hours on-call rotation with a 30-minute response SLA as the primary security subject-matter expert for high-severity alerts.
- Partner with Engineering and SRE teams to integrate security into platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Mentor security and engineering teams and align engineered solutions with the enterprise security strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, or security architecture in a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and ability to write and review production-quality code.
- Experience building with AI, including LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or AI-assisted coding tools for engineering automation.
- Deep technical proficiency in cloud security, modern IAM, and network security.
- Strong understanding of Secure SDLC and DevSecOps, including security in automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex security issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
