Base Salary
$185k - $297k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide the technical implementation of next-generation native Android mobile applications.
- Architect and design mobile applications and frameworks.
- Drive technology choices and set technical direction for mobile applications.
- Develop product differentiators using the native capabilities of customer mobile devices.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality end-user experiences.
- Use AI and LLM tools to improve development workflows, code reviews, and app performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- 8+ years of experience with Android framework development.
- Expert programming experience in Kotlin.
- Regular experience working with GraphQL.
- Experience architecting and designing mobile applications or frameworks.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD, hands-on technical leadership, large-scale scalable systems experience, KMM, Jetpack Compose, and AI coding tools.
- Nice to have: MVI architecture, BitRise or GitHub Actions, and end-to-end automation testing experience.
