Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide data governance and master data management architectures.
- Define SAP MDG models and target architectures for material, business partner, and financial master data across processes, domains, and system boundaries.
- Lead architecture and integration between SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, CRM, EWM, PLM, and other connected systems.
- Design data synchronization and distribution solutions for global rollouts.
- Define WRICEF objects and create technical specifications across SAP Activate phases.
- Evaluate technologies, data platforms, and AI innovations for data management, data quality, and governance strategies.
- Collaborate with business users, subject matter experts, IT leadership, and development teams.
- Direct and coordinate ABAP development teams.
Requirements
- Practical project experience with SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of data models, data governance, and master data processes.
- Experience with SAP MDG or SAP S/4HANA implementations is advantageous.
- Experience with Informatica or Stibo Systems is advantageous.
- Practical SAP project experience with process and workflow modeling, BRF+, BAdIs, UI modeling, MDG Consolidation, and Mass Processing.
- Understanding of the data, governance, and architecture requirements of AI and analytics initiatives.
- Experience managing and leading ABAP development teams.
- Very good German and English skills at C1 level.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
