Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, code review, and development-standard enforcement for junior developers and administrators.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Create technical documentation, support production systems, and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Configure Salesforce workflows, flows, Process Builder, reports, dashboards, and related platform functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Platform development experience.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar tools.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II and other Salesforce, JavaScript, or cloud certifications are preferred or advantageous.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX, object-oriented programming, design patterns, Git, development lifecycle tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Data Loader.
- Experience with Salesforce workflow and configuration capabilities; S/SDLC and Copado experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independent-working, and technical-discussion skills.
