Responsibilities

  • Drive the technical design and implementation of a unified fraud case management platform.
  • Partner with architects, engineers, and product leaders on scalable, resilient platform strategy and architecture decisions.
  • Contribute hands-on to solution design, technical planning, integrations, and critical engineering decisions.
  • Advance AI-assisted engineering practices for code generation, testing, documentation, productivity, and delivery optimization.
  • Influence roadmaps, integration strategies, technical standards, and the fraud modernization program across teams.
  • Help establish a new full-stack engineering team’s practices, standards, delivery processes, and culture.
  • Mentor and coach engineers through design reviews and technical collaboration.
  • Define the strategic roadmap for onboarding additional fraud capabilities, workflows, and global regions.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10+ years of application engineering experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with distributed systems, integrations, APIs, and modern application architectures.
  • Ability to influence technical direction without direct authority.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and establishing engineering best practices.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools in modern software engineering environments.
