Responsibilities

Design and develop cloud-based infrastructure.
Automate infrastructure components, application deployments, and recurring operational jobs.
Monitor and operate custom Java-based and third-party application stacks.
Ensure platform availability, stability, and compliance with KION quality standards.
Improve IT service reliability through blameless postmortems, corrective measures, issue backlog management, monitoring dashboards, alerts, and SLO measurement.
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Manage onboarding of new third-party and SaaS solutions and transition custom-built applications from projects to the operations team.

5+ years of experience in a similar SRE, DevOps, or related position.
Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and GitHub.
Ability to debug, optimize, and automate routine tasks and deployments.
Familiarity with setting up and enhancing product monitoring.
Systematic problem-solving, effective communication, independent decision-making, and willingness to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Beneficial experience includes MongoDB Atlas, ArgoCD, Rancher, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
