Responsibilities
- Build and structure the enterprise knowledge graph for improved search relevance.
- Develop personalized ranking models that adapt to user behavior.
- Design AI language models tailored to customer data for enhanced accuracy.
- Explore methods to integrate LLMs with search engines for complex queries.
- Write clean and maintainable code for multi-tenant systems.
- Collaborate with teams to align search capabilities with ITSM workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and learn from experienced team members.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise search products with AI/ML integration.
- Expertise in multi-tenant systems and secure integration with customer systems.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar platforms.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or equivalent languages.
- A passion for solving complex problems with AI and delivering intuitive user experiences.
