Responsibilities
- Implement generative AI models and integrate them into production-ready cloud or on-premises applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, define AI project requirements, and test data-driven hypotheses.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify opportunities for product and service integration.
- Optimize generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, prompt-generation processes, and NLP techniques to improve model capabilities and output.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across various data formats and sources for conversational, speech, and voice applications.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, presentations, and complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to organizational best practices and standards for generative AI development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of real-time experience in Machine Learning; the posting also specifies a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education and a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field are required; a Ph.D. is highly desirable.
- Experience developing and implementing generative AI models and applying deep learning techniques, including GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks or libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms and services.
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with statistical modeling, deep learning algorithms, neural networks, and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, critical-thinking, and creative solution-development skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
