Responsibilities
- Build and configure development tools and infrastructure.
- Build and test end-to-end continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
- Document processes and best practices and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
- Work independently and develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with container orchestration technologies and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
