Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce implementation and enhancement tasks across client projects.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into application configuration requirements.
- Configure Salesforce components, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation features.
- Assist with testing, issue resolution, and defect tracking.
- Gather stakeholder information to refine functional requirements and user stories.
- Prepare configuration, process-flow, and technical handoff documentation.
- Contribute to data migration through mapping, cleanup, and validation.
- Apply Salesforce administration, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud capabilities.
- Support training activities and create user-facing guidance materials.
- Monitor project tasks and collaborate across teams to advance delivery.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Salesforce administration or development skills are preferred.
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud knowledge is preferred.
- A master’s or Master of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems is preferred.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical tasks is preferred.
- Ability to learn emerging technologies and digital tooling quickly and adapt to fast-paced project work is preferred.
