Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation backlog items using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell.
- Implement governed Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled automation for approved use cases.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, performance issues, and production incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation planning.
- Support production automation and platform workloads while maintaining runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-base articles.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for automation health, platform adoption, and governance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and six years of IT experience delivering automation or application solutions.
- Three years of experience building Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Three years of PowerShell scripting experience for Microsoft 365 automation and administration, including Graph API.
- Two years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- One year of experience building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions, such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or LLM-based automations.
- Experience supporting production platforms and automation workloads, including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, AB-620, PL-200, MS-102, or AI-102; experience governing Copilot Studio or other agent-based solutions; regulated-industry automation experience; Power Platform governance experience; and strong troubleshooting, debugging, communication, and backlog-delivery skills.
