Responsibilities
- Enhance the international user experience across the product.
- Work across the entire tech stack to solve user problems.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Drive delivery and experimentation of new features.
- Mentor team members and foster an inclusive environment.
- Own projects from inception to production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of generalist software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven backend expertise, preferably with Python and Postgres.
- Experience with React and GraphQL for API development.
- Strong product instincts with a user-first mindset.
- Ability to operate autonomously and solve problems effectively.
