Responsibilities
- Build intelligent, secure, scalable, and high-quality web applications and digital products using .NET and C#.
- Architect reusable systems and translate client requirements into production applications.
- Partner with clients and multidisciplinary teams including technical writing, user experience, product management, and project management.
- Apply automated testing, microservices, cloud, Kubernetes, monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Drive internal initiatives and communicate directly with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with .NET and C#.
- Experience with automated testing using xUnit and BDTest, plus familiarity with SOLID principles and CQRS.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, monitoring and alerting, and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience developing secure, scalable enterprise applications and web-based technology products.
- Familiarity with computer science algorithms, data structures, and commonly used web application stacks.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to learn and switch between coding languages and frameworks.
- A BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject is preferred.
- Strong client-facing experience, an open-source code repository, and knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes are preferred.
- TDD experience with a unit test framework such as NUnit or xUnit is preferred.
