Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional problems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholder communication to support project goals and timely delivery.
- Analyze business requirements and implement integration solutions across applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC) is required.
- Experience with SAP SLO upgrades and migrations is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with application integration techniques and tools.
