Responsibilities
- Drive the AI Security technical strategy and roadmap.
- Design and implement security controls for LLM-integrated and agentic AI systems.
- Own AI security across the Controlled Agentic SDLC.
- Lead security reviews and risk assessments of AI integrations entering production.
- Build and scale Ripple's Shadow AI detection capability.
- Serve as the go-to technical resource on agentic AI risks.
- Shape Ripple's external AI security posture and contribute to industry frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Security Engineering experience with depth in at least two domains.
- Solid understanding of AI and LLM security concepts.
- Experience securing agentic AI systems.
- Fluency with core Security Engineering domains including cloud security.
- Strong threat modeling instincts and comfort applying frameworks.
- Experience in FinTech, crypto, or highly regulated environments is a plus.
- Proven ability to work across teams and influence technical direction.
- A genuine builder's mentality, comfortable with ambiguity.
