Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute engagement strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect to drive product adoption.
- Enable clients through workshops and develop customer-facing collateral.
- Translate field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
- Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transactional database expertise across engineering, product development, and pre-sales.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems within Big Data and AI ecosystems.
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives.
- Proficient in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
