Base Salary
$110k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply software development practices and standards to build robust and maintainable software.
- Participate in all parts of the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions and optimize algorithmic and software computational efficiency.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Collaborate directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing a full-time bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Demonstrate software development experience, a passion for large-scale data analytics, and interest in transforming organizations through AI.
- Be able to collaborate with teams, solve problems, and work directly with clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Be able to work within commuting distance of the assigned home office and travel to client sites as needed.

- First-year base compensation ranges from $110,000 to $190,000 USD.
