Responsibilities
- Design and implement the foundations of the AI Assets platform and tools for discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance.
- Incorporate GenAI and AI agents into internal team workflows and define how AI-assisted work is evaluated and verified.
- Collaborate with development teams to build GenAI solutions and support the platform’s continuous evolution.
- Drive continuous improvement using user feedback, usage and adoption metrics, and emerging GenAI trends.
- Design and deliver bounded solutions end to end, contributing to action plans and technical designs.
Requirements
- Strong backend development fundamentals using Go, Java, or Python, with experience in microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, SOLID, clean architecture, and TDD.
- Daily practice or strong interest in GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation of AI-assisted systems.
- Experience or interest in developer tools, internal platforms, distribution systems, and the MCP protocol.
- Ability to design bounded solutions end to end and contribute to technical action plans.
