Responsibilities
- Design intuitive customer experiences for navigating tens of thousands of data schemas and more than 100 workflows.
- Build product primitives and workflows that allow customers to accomplish tasks intuitively.
- Develop and iterate on user interfaces, layouts, and transitions to create polished product experiences.
- Build minimum viable products and lead by example in improving engineering and product practices.
- Help make Allium’s standardized blockchain data useful for finance, engineering, product, strategy, research, executive, and autonomous-agent users.
Requirements
- A strong desire to build and iterate on customer-facing products.
- Product taste and sensitivity to user experience, interface details, workflow design, and screen transitions.
- A customer-focused mindset and enjoyment of helping users accomplish their goals.
- Curiosity, humility, obsessiveness, resourcefulness, high agency, and extreme ownership.
- Applicants must answer the company’s Allium-themed application question.
- Ability to overlap two hours with New York mornings Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET.
