Base Salary

$128k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement CI/CD processes and tooling in collaboration with technical teams and customers.
  • Automate software packaging, integration, testing, deployment, infrastructure setup, scaling, and security-related activities.
  • Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, vulnerability detection, and incident mitigation systems.
  • Architect, provision, monitor, and maintain AWS resources and manage Docker and Kubernetes platforms.
  • Drive infrastructure-as-code and automation efforts using Terraform, configuration management, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Own the company CI/CD technology stack and service-hosting decision tree across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Research and recommend technologies, solutions, protocols, and standards for the enterprise CI/CD platform.
  • Collaborate across infrastructure, application, QA, governance, security, and business teams while supporting multiple projects.
  • Provide full-time availability and 7x24 system support as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology area.
  • Minimum of 18–20 years of overall related technology experience.
  • 8–10 years of experience in heavy infrastructure and DevOps/CI/CD within large transformation organizations.
  • Deep experience with Docker, Apache Camel, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Python, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with Agile development teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of web application development, cloud platforms, Linux operating systems, networking, and databases.
  • Experience with repository, packaging, unit testing, code scanning, package scanning, and DevOps management tools such as Maven, Gradle, Helm, and Sonatype.
  • Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
  • DevOps Engineer Certificate preferred.
  • Ability to provide on-demand 7x24 mission-critical support and collaborate effectively across the organization and with vendors.
