Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across enterprise applications.
- Support and maintain O9 Solutions applications with functional knowledge of demand planning.
- Monitor application reliability and performance and coordinate incident-management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to align support activities with business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with O9 Solutions.
- Proficiency in O9 Solutions and functional knowledge of demand planning.
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of demand planning, demand forecasting, and statistical modeling concepts.
- BTech, BE, or MCA qualification and 15 years of full-time education.
- Preferred certification in supply chain.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively.
