Responsibilities
- Analyze the current monitoring and observability environment to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help lead migration to a unified observability platform covering dashboards, metrics, logs, alerts, and integrations.
- Contribute to automation, optimization, innovation, and AIOps observability practices.
- Document deployed solutions, train users, and share results with Operations and Support teams.
- Participate in observability projects including version upgrades, roadmap development, and predictive-analysis alerting.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an engineering school or university master’s program in IT.
- Have professional written and spoken English proficiency.
- Demonstrate analytical ability and the capacity to solve complex problems.
- Show curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to learn.
- Have knowledge of Splunk, Grafana, and Datadog.
