Neural ConceptResponsibilities
- Position Neural Concept as a strategic engineering partner and trusted advisor across technical and executive stakeholders.
- Lead structured discovery sessions and identify technically feasible, commercially grounded AI use cases.
- Define account-specific AI strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Create and deliver client-tailored technical demos and presentations.
- Create and co-own Statements of Work with an understanding of the required technical building blocks.
- Prepare and run steering committees connecting engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
- Drive user adoption and engagement across technical users, managers, and designers.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and shape them into proposals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and R&D across pre-sales, delivery transitions, and roadmap feedback.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows and how AI can transform them.
- Conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning applied to engineering.
- Working knowledge of Python and modern development practices, including the ability to create demos and prototypes with AI-assisted tools.
- Experience in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or engineering consulting.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on simulation experience, solver and post-processing expertise, CAE workflow automation, strong Python programming, data pipeline development, ML/DL framework experience, model training, evaluation and deployment, and technical discovery across customer toolchains and data environments.
- Strategic or technical consulting, digital transformation, engineering software, ML/DL research or development, or experience with Ansys, Altair, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, or Autodesk is advantageous.
