Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise IT trends, customer data-management pain points, and growth opportunities for cloud and enterprise storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, tailor, and present technical proposals based on data availability, performance capacity, and cloud migration requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, product presentations, and solution roadmaps for hybrid cloud architectures and high-performance storage arrays.
- Support senior Solution Sales Engineers with technical documentation, sizing and capacity calculations, and tender responses.
- Engage with customers and support presales activities to advance commercial targets and technology adoption.
Requirements
- Be a fresh graduate or current student enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Have a strong foundational interest in enterprise IT architecture, SAN/NAS storage, cloud computing, virtualization, disaster recovery, enterprise presales, and technical consulting.
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability, adaptability, and emotional intelligence in international team environments.
- Be fluent in Italian and professionally proficient in English.
- Hold valid authorization to live and work in Italy.
- Ideally graduate approximately six to twelve months before or after the internship start date.
