Base Salary
$48k - $87k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to software development activities individually and as part of an agile team.
- Work across the full stack, including user interfaces, services, APIs, database scripting, AWS cloud infrastructure, and microservices integration.
- Analyze complex system requirements and use formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and accepted design techniques.
- Develop code that is modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault tolerant, modular, and reusable.
- Complete assigned tasks across the program’s full stack while learning object-oriented programming practices under senior staff mentorship.
Requirements
- Be working toward a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
- Have knowledge of, exposure to, or experience with software design patterns and web application development.
- Have knowledge of, exposure to, or experience with some of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C++, and SQL.
- Have familiarity with one or more of React, Svelte, Vue, Django, SpringBoot, Flask, FastAPI, and NodeJS.
- Have familiarity with Git standards.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Live in or be able to commute to the Tucson area.
- Preferred: experience developing front-end user interface frameworks through side projects or relevant work experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with full-stack development and agile environments.
