Responsibilities
- Architect and develop highly scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to design, build, and ship new features from scratch.
- Evaluate and improve the performance, durability, and security of production applications.
- Own tasks and deliver features from start to finish.
- Build RESTful APIs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of production-level Ruby on Rails experience.
- Experience with SQL databases, particularly MySQL, and NoSQL databases, particularly Redis.
- Experience with unit testing using RSpec and QA testing tools and techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Git.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
- Experience working remotely.
- Experience with Elasticsearch, deployment automation tools, or production-grade applications integrating LLMs is advantageous.
