Responsibilities
- Support development of LLM-powered applications using prompts, APIs, and established frameworks.
- Prepare, organize, and validate knowledge sources for retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Assist with conversational AI applications, agent workflows, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Perform functional testing and validation of AI application outputs using defined test cases.
- Analyze AI responses, identify improvement opportunities, and document findings.
- Work with Azure and/or AWS AI services on environment configuration, application testing, and monitoring.
- Develop Python-based components and integrations with APIs and enterprise systems.
- Use Git and standard development practices for source code management and collaboration.
- Create technical documentation and support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, Generative AI, software engineering, analytics, or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have Python, SQL, Generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and APIs experience.
- Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, LLM applications, and basic RAG and AI assistant concepts.
- Exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
- Preferred exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, agentic AI concepts, tool calling, workflow orchestration, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Preferred knowledge of scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Preferred exposure to Git, Docker, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Ability to demonstrate hands-on contributions to AI solutions and explain the business problem, personal contribution, and testing approach.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
