Responsibilities
- Define and communicate target solution and cloud architectures, principles, standards, patterns, guardrails, and evolution roadmaps.
- Translate business, product, and non-functional requirements into scalable solution designs and explain architectural trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, integration, data, and cloud platform components.
- Review solution designs, interfaces, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud technology decisions, and maintain architecture documentation and decision records.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient, observable, and cost-aware solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Coordinate architecture decisions and dependencies across squads, applications, shared components, and enterprise architects.
- Embed security, privacy, testability, observability, maintainability, and production-readiness principles into solution architecture.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Significant experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience defining architecture for enterprise web applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working with multiple Agile development squads, cross-functional stakeholders, and distributed international teams.
- Experience supporting architecture decisions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in distributed and multilayer architectures, microservices, event-driven systems, messaging, databases, integration patterns, identity and access management, cloud security, observability, monitoring, resilience, and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript, plus infrastructure automation, containerization, and DevOps practices.
- SAFe experience is a strong advantage; fluent English is required.
