Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the delivery of D365 Customer Service solutions across enterprise environments.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs using the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Design robust integration solutions with foundational systems like Active Directory and Exchange.
- Leverage Power Platform components including AI Builder, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Provide technical leadership and assurance, mentoring junior engineers and architects.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in D365 Customer Service and Microsoft cloud services.
- Strong background in integration design, case management, SLA handling, and contact routing.
- Proficiency with Dynamics/Power Automate connectors and configuration best practices.
- Understanding of financial services business processes, particularly in Capital Markets and back-office functions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders and clients.
