Responsibilities

Monitor production data to identify where and why computer vision models struggle in specific customer environments.
Analyze discrepancies between model outputs and reality and propose algorithmic or data-driven fixes.
Set up use cases and validate the accuracy of final customer results.
Curate specialized datasets and integrate high-value customer data for model retraining.
Adapt high-level architectures into performant, cost-effective solutions for specific customer use cases.
Design evaluation frameworks that measure customer impact beyond standard benchmarks.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or civil engineering with a specialization in data science or lean construction.
Experience training and evaluating deep learning models in PyTorch.
Understanding of machine learning and computer vision fundamentals, particularly representation learning.
Experience training and fine-tuning architectures for object detection, segmentation, and large vision-language models.
Experience with data curation, visualization, outlier detection, active learning, and hard-negative mining.
Proficiency in Python and good software engineering skills.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
