Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced software solutions using C#, .NET, and React across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to junior engineers and collaborate on high-level architecture.
- Design, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Support cloud migration strategies, application governance, performance monitoring, and environment stability.
- Troubleshoot complex performance, security, scalability, and reliability issues and participate in code reviews.
- Coordinate with product, business, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, QA, and other stakeholder teams.
- Develop audit, risk assessment, disaster recovery, test documentation, traceability, and defect tracking processes for regulated applications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of Software Engineering experience with expertise in C# and .NET is required.
- Strong experience working across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments is required.
- Advanced experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes is required.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban and development tools such as Jira and Git is required.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Cloud platform certifications or relevant technology certifications are preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale projects and delivering enterprise-level software is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, hybrid cloud strategies, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, relational and non-relational databases, Terraform, and Ansible is desired.
- Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical guidance is desired.
