Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow WSD solutions.
- Develop and extend Space, Reservations, Workplace Case, Visitor, and Concierge applications.
- Use App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Experience, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Model workplace data according to CSDM 4.0/5.0 and maintain data governance and Service Graph integrations.
- Build automation and integrations with ITSM, HRSD, Facilities, MID Server, OAuth 2.0, and external systems.
- Develop Next Experience Workspaces and Portals with accessibility aligned to WCAG.
- Configure AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Next Best Action capabilities.
- Implement ACLs, roles, scoped application protections, Zero Trust principles, and GDPR/HIPAA compliance controls.
- Create ATF test suites, participate in code reviews, perform instance scans, and support CI/CD pipelines using Application Repository and Git.
- Mentor junior developers, promote WSD best practices, and track the ServiceNow product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience and 2 years focused on WSD or Facilities.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Expertise with scoped applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and Now Experience.
- Proven implementation experience with CSDM 4.0/5.0.
- Advanced JavaScript ES6+ and Glide APIs experience with secure coding practices.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, and OAuth 2.0 integrations.
- Experience with ATF, instance scanning, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Strong knowledge of access controls, data privacy, and security practices.
- Preferred CAD or CIS-WSD certification, Service Graph Connectors, Decision Builder, and AI Search experience.
- Preferred Agile/Scrum and DevOps experience and an enterprise or regulated-environment background.
