Responsibilities
- Develop pre-silicon firmware and embedded software with direct hardware interfaces.
- Integrate and develop C++ tests and APIs and support software build flows.
- Perform design and code reviews and apply coding best practices.
- Test and validate embedded firmware and product implementations.
- Debug hardware-software integration at the silicon level.
- Collaborate with hardware and cross-functional teams to align development with specifications and timelines.
- Document design decisions, test results, and code changes.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior embedded software team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Embedded C++.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and real-time operating systems.
- Experience with hardware-software integration and silicon-level debugging.
- Familiarity with software build systems and continuous integration tools.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and embedded firmware validation techniques.
- Ability to participate in code reviews and implement best coding practices.
