Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable, high-performing software solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with teams on technical and project decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of software development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards through team coordination and communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Microsoft SQL Server and React.js experience are preferred.
