Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship cutting-edge products and features quickly without compromising quality.
- Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, tools, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve impactful problems.
- Contribute to project estimations, planning, and execution.
- Maintain and elevate the existing codebase by developing and maintaining backend services.
- Write clean, fully-tested, high-performance code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years as a Backend focused Software Engineer, preferably in high-performance platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with the tech stack (Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, AWS).
- Ability to independently take projects from idea through implementation.
- Desire to be involved in product and design phases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
