Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise Infrastructure as Code strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation across hosted platforms.
- Develop reusable modules, templates, blueprints, APIs, integrations, and self-service infrastructure capabilities.
- Create automation with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Design and implement CI/CD, security, compliance, testing, and deployment automation for infrastructure delivery.
- Partner with platform, server, security, networking, and application teams to productize infrastructure capabilities.
- Create reference architectures, documentation, training materials, and enablement programs.
- Apply responsible AI, governance, risk management, and AI-assisted engineering practices to infrastructure automation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code principles, patterns, and engineering practices.
- Strong experience building infrastructure automation with tools such as Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Env0, Puppet, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated success establishing and scaling enterprise infrastructure automation initiatives.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
- Knowledge of Git-based workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Experience building reusable modules, templates, and shared automation services.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity management, and platform services.
- Experience with continuous collaborative pair programming.
