Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from the custom Workforce Planning application to Pigment.
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to understand headcount planning processes, data flows, and objectives.
- Architect, design, and configure scalable workforce planning solutions in Pigment.
- Develop and maintain planning, forecasting, and reporting models focused on workforce planning.
- Build and support integrations between Oracle Cloud, the data warehouse, and other source systems.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training.
- Apply EPM best practices and support model optimization, workspace organization, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment products and associated data integration tools.
- Advanced Anaplan or Pigment modeling expertise, including blocks, dimensions, metrics, formulas, and data access controls.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, particularly headcount and workforce management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot ambiguous issues using available context, data, and resources.
- Preferred experience leading a full-cycle migration from a custom or legacy planning system to Anaplan or Pigment.
- Preferred experience with Oracle EPBCS, particularly Oracle’s Workforce module.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
