Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues not identified by the internal performance testing team.
- Lead performance bottleneck investigations and recommend improvements across projects.
- Conduct performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution.
- Provide solutions and make decisions affecting multiple teams and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance goals with business objectives.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and help manage team execution.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing system performance and identifying root causes.
- Experience with capacity planning and resource optimization.
- Ability to apply software development lifecycle principles in performance contexts.
- Familiarity with application performance management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex performance challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education.
