Responsibilities
- Own the operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of RPA, AI, and automation solutions within Purchasing.
- Manage incident resolution, root-cause analysis, user support, and optimization to ensure stable and reliable operations.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution concepts and coordinate implementation with internal IT and external development partners.
- Evaluate, introduce, and govern technologies across SAP, RPA, AI agents, APIs, document intelligence, and process mining.
- Support the transformation from rule-based automation to scalable, agent-based AI solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in automation, system integration, digital transformation, or solution architecture.
- Exposure to Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related business processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of UiPath or comparable RPA platforms, SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and integration technologies.
- AI agent concepts, orchestration frameworks, Azure Cloud and AI services, and workflow automation platforms are a plus.
- Strong technical curiosity, systems thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English.
