Responsibilities
- Develop internal digital applications and tools for installation, maintenance, and service workflows.
- Structure and model data to support reporting, dashboards, analytics, and operational decision-making.
- Consolidate knowledge from multiple sources into user-friendly tools for field teams.
- Build and manage data pipelines integrating enterprise systems, vendor sources, and operational environments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Service, IT, Product, and platform teams to deliver and support scalable solutions.
- Improve the simplicity, reliability, usability, and efficiency of tools used by field engineers.
- Support solution integration, deployment, and ongoing operations with IT and platform teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional industry experience.
- Experience with data integration, web application development, mobile or handheld devices, and internal tools or automation solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills are required; modern C++ experience is a plus.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Preferred experience includes engineering tools, diagnostic interfaces, HMIs, Python frameworks, LabVIEW, knowledge management or search platforms, and AI/ML or GenAI-enabled applications.
