Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and modernize the ASP.NET C# MVC platform using modern .NET.
- Build and maintain third-party integrations, webhooks, and external service connections.
- Design, build, and ship production AI-powered features and agents.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI capabilities into .NET applications through APIs and SDKs.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation over domain data using embeddings and vector search.
- Define and track AI metrics including accuracy, task-completion rate, latency, and fallback frequency.
- Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, and safeguards appropriate for a regulated financial-services environment.
- Contribute to testing, deployment, performance, security, extensibility, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of .NET Framework and ASP.NET, with experience in modern .NET, including .NET Core or .NET 6+.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Demonstrated experience integrating LLM or AI capabilities into production applications, including shipped features rather than demos.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Working understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Experience measuring and improving AI system performance.
- Experience building third-party integrations using APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Ability to develop software for a regulated financial-services domain with attention to accuracy, privacy, auditability, and safety.
