Base Salary
$75k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow development activities, including design reviews, code reviews, and deployment planning.
- Design and develop enterprise solutions across ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM/HAM, CSM, and HRSD.
- Develop and optimize Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Architect and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and MID Servers.
- Establish CMDB governance, Discovery schedules, data reconciliation rules, and CSDM alignment.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and product owners.
- Support platform upgrades, release management, Automated Test Framework implementation, and governance.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and support teams and resolve complex production and performance issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience is stated for the role, including 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading ServiceNow development teams or projects.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, App Engine, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and at least two additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM/HAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or SecOps.
- Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, release management, and governance.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
