Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build AI growth workflows for internal and customer-facing use.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on templates and workflows.
- Utilize the AirOps platform to enhance processes and explore new use cases.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, reporting findings to the executive team.
- Test the product and provide structured feedback for improvement.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, or similar roles at a high-growth startup.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering.
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making track record.
- Excellent project management skills and proficiency in tools like Linear, Airtable, or Asana.
