Responsibilities

  • Participate in the technical design, development, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of application systems.
  • Design and develop backend features, full-stack web applications, structured code, and automated test suites.
  • Lead technical design, development, and documentation for cross-functional, multiplatform systems.
  • Create test transactions, quality assurance procedures, flowcharts, layouts, and installation and operating documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and maintain existing software platforms while addressing technical debt.
  • Apply security, privacy, risk management, change management, and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, software integration, continuous improvement, and engineering best-practice adoption.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data engineers, business users, project managers, and global partners to deliver solutions.
  • Support match/merge processing, internal program tables, deployment activities, and application technical support.
  • Participate in continuous learning, knowledge sharing, local meetups, and required training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Software development experience with Java, Spring, Angular, and Oracle.
  • Strong experience building web applications with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular 16 or later.
  • Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE frameworks, Web Services, HTML/CSS, Web 2.0, and MySQL or Oracle databases.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience with business data, preferably ECB-related regulations automation, and data analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, collaboration, and cross-geography coordination skills.
