Base Salary
$81k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of a large-scale platform across frontend, backend, database, cloud, integration, DevOps, testing, and quality engineering.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for .NET/C# applications, APIs, and microservices deployed in Google Cloud Platform.
- Translate business, product, and technology requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with architecture and engineering practices.
- Lead and mentor distributed development and QA teams, resolve delivery challenges, and promote strong engineering and quality practices.
- Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, Kubernetes-based deployments, and continuous improvement across onshore and offshore teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strong hands-on .NET/C# application development experience, including backend services, REST APIs, and microservices, combined with technical leadership experience.
- Experience delivering or supporting .NET applications in a Google Cloud Platform environment.
- Experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, and enterprise databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Kubernetes, automated testing, integration, and modern DevOps and quality engineering practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams in an Agile environment.
- Preferred experience leading enterprise-scale application modernization or redesign initiatives, cloud-native architecture, application performance and scalability efforts, database optimization, engineering quality, and mentoring developers and QA engineers.
