Responsibilities
- Communicate technical information to customer technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customers and Solutions Architects on solution designs and deployments.
- Provide pre-sales designs and mentor post-sales implementations with engineering peers.
- Develop and maintain deployment standards and ensure best practices are reflected in statements of work.
- Assist with bills of materials, statements of work, and technical proposal components.
- Mentor engineers and support recruiting, hiring, project-scope validation, and professional services opportunity identification.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience delivering consulting engagements and managing customer expectations.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in at least one area across enterprise security frameworks, EDR/XDR/NDR, SIEM/logging, SOAR, SecOps/DevSecOps, security automation, OT/IoT security, incident response, vulnerability management, firewall/IPS, NAC, application security/WAF, privileged access management, identity/MFA, cryptography/PKI, managed detection and response, or data loss prevention.
- Proficiency designing, deploying, and delivering enterprise security solutions.
- Strong technical project management, documentation, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and onboard new engineers.
- Expert-level certifications and a bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry certifications are preferred.
